- InterRobot AERU is and ASP(SaaS) service which enables virtual face-to-face service, communication and meeting on the web. It enables virtual face-to-face sales for a net shop, distant support service, WEB meeting, video chat and various kinds of other services with unprecedented easiness of use.
- InterRobot AERU series contains four categories as shown below:
- AERU Office is a web-meeting system which enables simultaneous connection up to five places, suitable for companies with limited number of staff or business-persons who are always pressed for time. AERU Office becomes an instant meeting room whenever and wherever connection to Web pages is available. It is possible to immediately set up a Web meeting system where you can show documents and draw lines and write characters on them by a pen, the function which is difficult to achieve on telephone.
- AERU Banner is a web application (ASP) to provide a visitor to your website with quick support. It may be compared to "place a human being" on a website for attendance.
